If your Sales Development team leverages Salesloft, Jiminny's integration will help Salesloft and Jiminny work seamlessly together. There are two ways that you can integrate the systems. One is to use the Salesloft cadencing with Salesloft Voice system and the other is to use Salesloft cadencing with Jiminny Voice.

For the first option, we will simply pull your recorded Salesloft calls into the Jiminny OnDemand library. You have the ability to call via a computer or mobile and you can also send an SMS directly from the Salesloft's interface.

To access Jiminny's integration, the user who integrates must be a Jiminny Owner or Admin. This user must have an Admin profile in Salesloft.
To start using the integration:
- Visit your Organization Settings > Manage > Integrations
- Click the Salesloft Logo
- You'll be taken to Salesloft to authenticate
- Allow Jiminny to access your Salesloft data
- Configure your Activity Types to synchronize to your CRM

In this case, your team will use Salesloft for cadencing and when they go to make a call, Jiminny Voice will pop via Sidekick. To create this seamless flow, the default Salesloft call and summary flows need to be turned off. To do this you need to ask your Salesloft CS team to turn on Voice Links and turn off activity logging. Once complete, let us know and we will ensure the right settings are applied for you.

- Right-click on the Sidekick browser toolbar icon and select Enable Jiminny Sidekick on this domain
- Grant permissions
- Reload the page

Which calls do we pull in?
Once the Salesloft Integration is connected, Jiminny will start to import all calls made in Salesloft by active Jiminny Users. This includes inbound and outbound calls.
Every 30 minutes, we import calls completed during the previous window into Jiminny OnDemand and the same rules apply as recordings done through Jiminny.
Important note: Please keep in mind that only the calls that were recorded in Salesloft will be pulled into Jiminny.
Which calls don't we pull in?
We won't import an activity if:
- the user who placed/received the call doesn’t exist in Jiminny
- the call is less than 30 seconds in length
- there is no call recording in Salesloft

- We can import up to a month worth of past calls!
