What are Insight Seats? 

  • Insight seats are a non-recording license that enables anyone across your organisations to leverage Jiminny to see insights into the voice of the customer. 
  • Unlike paid licenses, insight seat holders cannot record their calls, conference meetings or emails. 

What access do Insight Seats provide? 

  • Unlike most providers, Jiminny's insight seats allow full access to all elements of the platform . 
  • That means that Insight users can listen to specific calls, search and filter, review pipeline health or look at Team Activities - as some examples. 
  • The goal is to provide the maximum value to as many users across your organisation and help create alignment within the business. A unified team is a powerful thing after all. 

How much do Insight Seats cost?

  • Insights Seats are completely free - there is no cost associated with them. Yes, really! Unlimited full access to Jiminny data, for life. 
  • As long as you have at least 1 Jiminny recording license you can distribute additional Insight Seats across your organisation.
