1. Current and default filters
On the top of the page (in the pink box), you will be able to check what filters are applied to your search. When you add an additional filter, it will automatically appear there.
When you go to the OnDemand section, two default filters will appear automatically - your team and calls above one minute. The reason behind this is most people are looking for their teammates' calls. Also, calls with a duration under one minute are usually, not applicable for coaching.
2. Customizable Filters
You can refine your search using various filters provided on the left-hand side of the screen. We have more than 20 filters that you can use in order to find or sort the calls most meaningful to you.

3. Results
The results will appear as per your filter criteria in a chronological way. The first call will be the most recent one. You can change that filter on the top right.
You will be also able to see the total activities found on the top and some general information about the call - Account, title, duration, date.
