Here's how to work around a known Chrome audio bug

If you switch your speakers, mic, or headset during a call - you may have issues reconnecting your audio. This is the result of a known issue where the Chrome browser will only work with the speakers and microphone that were selected when Chrome was opened when using an Apple Mac.

To use Bluetooth or USB speakers:
  1. Close Chrome;
  2. Go to your Mac Preferences and select your desired audio output source;
  3. Restart Chrome.
Set Default Mic on Chrome Browser:
  1. Open a new Chrome window and click on your menu>Settings;
  2. Click on Show Advanced Settings > Content Settings (under Privacy section);
  3. Scroll down to Microphone and set your desired device.
