InsideSales (formerly Xant) Integration with Jiminny

Overview of the dialler:

InsideSales (previously Xant) is a cloud call center software trusted by teams all over the world. It is integrated mainly with Salesforce so anyone wishing to use the integration with Jiminny will need a Salesforce account. 


With InsideSales (Xant) your conversations will be automatically transcribed and analyzed into Jiminny. You will be able to search, listen and share knowledge to your entire organization. The coaching opportunities are endless - self-coach, learn from a peer, gain valuable feedback from a manager, etc.


Setup type:
Manual - You’ll need to get in touch with us in order to help you get set up but we’re very friendly and efficient so don’t worry!!


Prerequisites: 

Must have a Salesforce account which can be connected with Jiminny.


Installation:

  1. We will need the relevant API generated token so that we can access the audio files recorded and stored by InsideSales. 

  2. You will need to use the same account email address you used in Salesforce - the matching email is mandatory as it enables our system to correctly match all agents with their tasks and contacts.

  3. Invite all your team members to Jiminny.

Remember, if you're adding new users/numbers to InsideSales you need to add

them to this list

FAQs

Which calls do we pull in?

Once the InsideSales Integration is connected, Jiminny will start to import all calls made in InsideSales by active Jiminny Users.


Calls should be imported and processed in Jiminny approximately 5 minutes after the call has ended in InsideSales.

Which calls don't we pull in?

  • Those where the user doesn’t exist in Jiminny.

  • Those where the number is not listed under the Jiminny integration in InsideSales. 

What if my calls are not pulling into Jiminny?

Please check if your email with InsideSales matches the email you are currently using with Jiminny. We'll need both emails to match for us to be able to pull your calls through. If your email being used in InsideSales is different to the one in Jiminny, then you'll be able to go onto profile in Jiminny, then under "Secondary email" you can enter the second email to enable Jiminny to sync and pull in your calls.

How does the mapping of InsideSales, CRM & Jiminny Work?
As long as your call and the data attached to that call is logged and recorded in InsidesSales, the call is mapped to Jiminny and then Jiminny searches for that contact and details attached to that call in your CRM to match it up. 

Please keep in mind that if the number you are calling is not in your CRM, we won't match it up with it. 
We recommend syncing your contacts in your CRM with InsideSales for best results.
