We've seen that people get the best results with the following:
  1. Setup your Caller ID so your customers know who's dialling;
  2. If dialling via Computer Audio, always try to plug your computer to an Ethernet network. This cuts out the majority of call issues;
  3. Don't run Salesforce in full-screen mode, otherwise, the Dialer will run in a different window.
