Outreach Platform With Jiminny Voice

If your Sales Development team leverages Outreach for dialing, there are two ways that we can support this. Either the SDR team can use Outreach for cadencing and the Outreach dialer - in this scenario we will pull all Outreach calls into the Jiminny platform (more info on that option here). The second option and what this article is about, is how Jiminny Voice seamlessly works with using Outreach for cadencing. 


How does it work? 🧐

This feature works by placing calls through Jiminny Voice (Sidekick or Click to Dial), no other dialing solution - so make sure that your Jiminny Sidekick Chrome Ext has been updated.

What does this mean for you? 😎

This means that if you are using Outreach, you will also be able to initiate calls from Outreach that are run via Jiminny Voice on Sidekick. This means the team can benefit from all of the integrated features including time-stamped notes, easy logging into the CRM and live coaching (read more on this here)! 

Enabling Sidekick On Outreach😎

1. Go to Outreach.


2. Once logged into Outreach - Right-click on the Sidekick browser toolbar icon and select Enable Jiminny Sidekick on this domain.



3. Grant permission.



4. Reload the page

Modifications within Outreach 🤩

Within Outreach you can make a call from many places. Here is a list of the areas where you can do this:

  • There is a Header component that is available on every page. By default, once the phone symbol has been selected - it'll automatically bring up Sidekick. 


  • Prospects pageOn this page, if you hover over the phone symbol - you'll be able to call the prospect. 


  • Prospects page → Prospect details - Contact details widget with mobile numbers. Once the phone symbol has been selected, it'll call the prospect.



  • Prospects page → Prospect details - at the bottom of the page, hover over the phone number within Account Calls and call your prospect from there. Clicking any of the options will trigger Jiminny Sidekick to open.



  • Accounts page → Account details → Calls tab - You can also call prospects from this page by hovering over the telephone number and calling.



  • Users page → User Details → Calls tab - You're able to hover over the telephone number as shown below and call from Sidekick by selecting the call button.
