Dive deeper into your conversations and transcription with Swimlanes
We are happy to introduce you our newest feature - Swimlanes. It organizes and assigns the transcription when there is more than one guest in the meeting. If there are at least two guests in the conversation, you will see the indicator that is showing multiple guests.
By clicking on the indicator, the swimlanes will appear. Each guest will appear separately and you can see when each one was an active speaker.
When you open the transcription, it will be also separate between all the participants in the conversation, so you can track each one's words.
You want to search for a particular word said by a user? We also thought about this. Now when you search, the results will appear alongside the name of the participant that said them. There will be also pinpoints when you search, so you will be able to see where exactly on the Playback the word/phrase was used. (See below)
