Aircall Voice Integration With Jiminny

App Overview
Aircall is a cloud call center software trusted by teams all over the world. You can set it up and integrate it with your CRM and Helpdesk software.

With Aircall your conversations will be automatically transcribed and analyzed into Jiminny. You will be able to search, listen and share knowledge to your entire organization. The coaching opportunities are endless - self-coach, learn from a peer, gain valuable feedback from a manager, etc.

The Admin of the organization is the one who should install it. 

Install by following these instructions:
  1. Visit your Jiminny Organization Settings > Integrations and click the Aircall logo.
  2. This will bring up an Aircall window, allowing you to connect to Jiminny. 
  3. Click the phone numbers of users you require to connect
  4. Save

User Mapping
The email addresses in Aircall and Jiminny should match in order for the integration to work properly.

In the future, if adding new users/numbers to Aircall/Jiminny you need to add them to the connected numbers list.
To do this, visit your Aircall Dashboard and:
  1. Select Integrations from the left menu
  2. Find Jiminny in the list
  3. Under Connected numbers, choose Add or remove numbers
  4. Click Add an Aircall number
  5. Tick all numbers you wish to sync in the list
  6. Click Save

Which calls do we pull in?

Once the Aircall Integration is connected, Jiminny will start to import all calls made in Aircall by active Jiminny Users.
Calls should be imported and processed in Jiminny approximately 5 minutes after the call has ended in Aircall.

Which calls don't we pull in?

  • Those where the user doesn’t exist in Jiminny
  • Those where the number is not listed under the Jiminny integration in Aircall
What if my calls are not pulling into Jiminny?
Please check if your email with Aircall matches the email you are currently using with Jiminny. We'll need both emails to match for us to be able to pull your calls through. If your email being used in Aircall is different to the one in Jiminny, then you'll be able to go onto profile in Jiminny, then under "Secondary email" you can enter the second email to enable Jiminny to sync and pull in your calls.

How does the mapping of Aircall, CRM & Jiminny Work?

As long as your call and the data attached to that call is logged and recorded in Aircall, the call from Aircall is mapped to Jiminny and then Jiminny searches for that contact and details attached to that call in your CRM to match it up. 

Please keep in mind that if the number you are calling is not in your CRM, we won't match it up with it. For example, if you just use the dial-pad in Aircall. We recommend syncing your contacts in your CRM with Aircall for best results. For more information on how to do this, please check HERE.

We do not support the Questions feature for Aircall calls.
